Les présentes conditions générales d’utilisation (ci-après « les CGU ») sont conclues entre la société TRAIL SOLUTIONS PATRIMOINE localisée au 12 avenue Matignon 75008 Paris (ci-après « TRAIL SOLUTIONS PATRIMOINE ****» ou « nous ») et les conseillers en gestion de patrimoine, salariés de banques privées et investisseurs avertis (ci-après ensemble « les Utilisateurs ») naviguant sur le site web slam-trail.eu exploité par TRAIL SOLUTIONS PATRIMOINE (ci-après « le Site »).
TRAIL SOLUTIONS PATRIMOINE et les Utilisateurs seront ci-après dénommés ensemble « les Parties ».
L’annulation d’une clause des CGU n’affectera pas la validité des CGU dans leur ensemble.
1. Purpose of the Terms
The purpose of the Terms is to define the conditions of use of the Site by Users and as such govern the relationship between TRAIL SOLUTIONS PATRIMOINE and Users.
Consequently, any User wishing to use the Site, visit its various pages and benefit from its content (as defined below) must first read and accept the Terms in their entirety. We recommend that Users cease navigation on our Site if they disagree with these Terms.
In any case, access to and navigation on the Site or any part of the Site constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms by the User.
The fact that one of the Parties does not invoke one of the provisions of these Terms at any given time cannot be interpreted as a waiver of the right to invoke it later.
The invalidation of a clause in these Terms will not affect the validity of the Terms as a whole.
2. Site Connection/Navigation

Access to the Site and its various pages does not require the creation of a user account.

The Site aims to present to Users:
- The positioning of the SLAM fund
- The investments of the SLAM fund
- The teams and advisors in charge of the fund
A section of the Site is dedicated to answering frequently asked questions from Users and (potential) investors.
The Site offers, on a dedicated page, various news items related to the companies in which SLAM has invested.
In any case, the Site does not offer Users the possibility to directly subscribe online to the services presented on the Site.
4. Site Content
4.a- The Website
The Site may contain confidential information as well as data protected by intellectual property rights. Thus, unless otherwise stated, the intellectual property rights on the web pages and on any data of any nature contained in the Site and each of the elements composing the Site (images, illustrations, sounds, texts, graphic elements, etc.), including software, databases and newsletters (hereinafter the "Content") are the exclusive property of TRAIL SOLUTIONS PATRIMOINE, the latter granting no license, nor any right other than that of consulting the Site.
The reproduction of all or part of the Content is only authorized for the exclusive purposes of information for personal and private use, any reproduction and any use of copies made for other purposes in any manner whatsoever and in any form whatsoever being expressly prohibited.
It is also forbidden to copy, modify, create a derivative work, assemble, decompile (except in cases provided for by law), sell, assign, sublicense or transfer in any way any right relating to the Content. It is also prohibited to modify all or part of the Content with a view to accessing the Site by any means other than the interface provided to Users for this purpose.

It is reminded that TRAIL SOLUTIONS PATRIMOINE is the sole owner of the SLAM trademark, its logos, and the domain name slam-trail.eu
Users acknowledge the exclusive rights of TRAIL SOLUTIONS PATRIMOINE on the SLAM trademark and undertake not to make any use of it whatsoever and more generally not to infringe the intellectual property rights of which TRAIL SOLUTIONS PATRIMOINE is the sole owner.
All other trademarks or logos appearing on the Site are the property of either TRAIL SOLUTIONS PATRIMOINE, a company of the group to which TRAIL SOLUTIONS PATRIMOINE belongs, or its service providers, partners or suppliers. Any use, in any way whatsoever, of these trademarks and/or logos and/or any other Content is subject to the express authorization of ****TRAIL SOLUTIONS PATRIMOINE or the owner of the intellectual property rights concerned.
4.c- Hyperlinks
TRAIL SOLUTIONS PATRIMOINE reserves the right to request the removal of any link referring to the Site that has not been, or is no longer, authorized and that would be prejudicial to it.
4.d- Collection Forms
The User can make requests, particularly for information, to TRAIL SOLUTIONS PATRIMOINE by completing the various collection forms made available on the Site.
By filling out the contact forms, the User guarantees that the information provided is accurate. This information will be collected in compliance with Article 7 below.
The User's request will then be transmitted to the commercial service of ****TRAIL SOLUTIONS PATRIMOINE, which will endeavor to process it as quickly as possible.
5. Site Management
TRAIL SOLUTIONS PATRIMOINE implements the technical solutions at its disposal to ensure access to the Site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, due to the nature of the internet, this cannot be guaranteed.
Moreover, for the proper management of the Site, TRAIL SOLUTIONS PATRIMOINE may at any time:

6. Responsibility Relating to Site Use

Each User is personally responsible for implementing the computer and communication means allowing access to the Site and the knowledge necessary for the use of the Internet and access to the Site.
The User bears the connection and equipment costs related to Internet access and the Use of the Site, according to the terms set by their access providers and/or electronic communications operators.
The User is aware of the risks of misuse and contamination by possible viruses circulating on the Internet. If applicable, TRAIL SOLUTIONS PATRIMOINE cannot be held responsible for such malfunctions or in case of interruption of Internet communications.
It is reminded that fraudulently accessing or maintaining access to a computer system, hindering or distorting the operation of such a system, fraudulently introducing or modifying data in a computer system constitute offenses punishable by criminal sanctions.
6.b- Limitation of Liability
TRAIL SOLUTIONS PATRIMOINE strives to ensure the accuracy and updating of information disseminated on the Site, and reserves the right to modify, at any time and without notice, the content or presentation of the Site. However, TRAIL SOLUTIONS PATRIMOINE cannot guarantee its completeness or the absence of modification by a third party (intrusion, virus).
TRAIL SOLUTIONS PATRIMOINE cannot be held responsible for any decision made on the basis of information contained on the Site, nor for the use that may be made of it by third parties and disclaims in particular any responsibility arising from the transmission of confidential information on the Internet network.

9. Applicable Law/Language
The Terms are subject to French law.
The language of these Terms and of the relations between the Parties is French.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of claims, disputes or litigation relating to the contractual relationships under the Terms, the Parties will endeavor to resolve amicably any disputes that may arise between them. As such, the User undertakes to address their complaint to TRAIL SOLUTIONS PATRIMOINE at the contact details indicated in Article 11 of the Terms.
In the absence of a possible amicable settlement, any potential disputes relating to the Terms will be:
- With regard to professional Users: under the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial court of the registered office of TRAIL SOLUTIONS PATRIMOINE to which jurisdiction is expressly and in advance attributed, even in the case of warranty claims or multiple defendants.
- With regard to other Users: brought before the competent courts.

12. Update of the Terms
