Complaint Handling

TRAIL SOLUTIONS PATRIMOINE establishes and maintains an effective and transparent procedure for the reasonable and prompt handling of complaints addressed by clients. A complaint is defined as a statement expressing the client's dissatisfaction with the professional. A request for information, opinion, clarification, service, or provision is not a complaint.

TRAIL SOLUTIONS PATRIMOINE will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within a maximum of 10 business days unless a response to the client is made before this deadline.

A response to the complaint will be formulated to the client within a maximum of 2 months from the receipt of the complaint, except in the event of duly justified special circumstances. If the response cannot be provided within this timeframe, the client is contacted and informed of the reason for this delay, specifying the response deadline.

Conflicts of Interest

In accordance with the legal and regulatory provisions applicable to it, TRAIL SOLUTIONS PATRIMOINE maintains a conflicts of interest management policy to identify, prevent, and manage any conflicts of interest. Unit holders of alternative investment funds managed by TRAIL SOLUTIONS PATRIMOINE will have access upon request to the conflicts of interest management policy implemented by TRAIL SOLUTIONS PATRIMOINE.
