Emmanuel Simonneau created Sigma Gestion in 2004. In 2022, he joined the Trail group and became CEO of Trail Solutions Patrimoine.
He started his professional career as a financial auditor in the Paris office of KPMG, where he specializes in the retail and consumer electronics sector.

In 1998, he joined the Sigma Family Office as Investment Director and then Chairman of the Management Board. He carries out numerous private equity transactions in a wide variety of sectors (Specialized Industries, Software, Digital Communication).

He has held numerous positions as director or member of the supervisory board in SMEs and ETIs. He was thus a member of the supervisory board of Savelys (now Engie Home Services) until 2008.

Emmanuel is a graduate of ICN.
